You may be dealing with horizontal activities/tasks such as data entry and updating databases, diary management and meeting coordination, providing excellent customer service, processing invoices and financial workflows, planning, forecasting and reporting activities, preparing all sorts of visual/written materials, facilities-related activities and liaising with stakeholders including vendors and contractors.

Our desired candidates should have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritise and organise their own work with great attention to detail, be a good team player and have a very positive attitude.
